Building on the foundations laid by earlier European initiatives that focused on connecting startup ecosystems across borders, the Club is a valuable resource for the European startup community. These initiatives helped to map these ecosystems, encourage collaboration between regions, and emphasise the importance of start-ups for innovation, competitiveness, and economic development in Europe. The Startup Europe Club continues this work in a practical, community-driven way.
Our focus is on individuals building companies. Startups face similar challenges across Europe, whether they are developing their first product, finding customers, raising capital or expanding into new markets. The Startup Europe Club provides a shared space where these challenges can be openly and constructively discussed.
As a club and community, we facilitate dialogue between start-ups and the wider ecosystem. This includes investors, accelerators, corporations, researchers, and public institutions. We believe that strong connections and mutual understanding help startups to grow, and help ecosystems to develop sustainably and inclusively.
The Startup Europe Club gives startups a voice. We highlight the views of founders and their teams, share knowledge from across European regions, and encourage collaboration beyond national borders.
