The Pre-Commercial Procurement (PCP)consists of the procurement of research and development services. The Muntstroom PCP aims to challenge the market to develop novel data driven solutions for the future monitoring of people flow. The project seeks to implement a Living Lab for the testing of the solutions in the Brussels Capital Region. The innovative solutions are needed for the Collection, Combination, Storage, Analysis of and Smart Access to people flow-data.
