European Self-Sovereign Identity Framework Lab – Call for proposals

A call for Digital Identification innovators

Field: Field: Digital identification innovations, SSI solutions.

The European Self-Sovereign Identity Framework Lab (eSSIF-Lab) is an initiative that empowers organisations in the European Union to make secure transactions with their stakeholders therefore saving billions in administrative expenses. These SSI solutions can be based either on blockchain or otherwise and aim for a Technology Readiness Level of 6 – 8 or Investment Readiness Level 5 – 7.

The technology developed as a result of this open call is anticipated to be useful for HealthTech, e-government, public education facilitators or an Open Disruptive Innovation track. Financial support being offered is up to €106.000 and participation is expected to last 8 months and span 3 phases.

This call is open to Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) legally founded in an EU member country or a H2020 associated country.
