EU AID VOLUNTEERS INITIATIVE CALL FOR HUMANITARIAN AID IN DEVELOPING COUNTRIES
Call for organisations and initiatives to support humanitarian actions in third-world countries

The EU Aid Volunteers Initiative has launched a call for proposals to support actions and organisations that provide humanitarian aid that improve the quality of life in third world countries.
This call is being done in an effort to contribute to strengthening the Union’s ability to provide needs-based humanitarian aid aimed at strengthening the capacity and resilience of vulnerable and disaster-affected communities in third-world countries through disaster preparedness, risk reduction and by enhancing the link between relief, rehabilitation and development.
The total budget earmarked for the co-financing of projects is €13,500,000 and while the maximum grant will be €1,400,000, grant requests below €60 000 will not be considered for funding.
