Joined by more than 30 teams from 26 cities around the world so far. From London to Silicon Valley. Including Apple, Google, Ebay, WeWork and more. The London Tech Startup Mission allows teams from cities around the world explore, learn about and experience London’s startup ecosystem, in one day.
EXPERIENCE:
11:00 Insights at a global tech startup accelerator.
First, you’ll visit a global tech company and one of London’s largest tech startup communities, for coffee and insights about the rise of London’s startup ecosystem – from its tech city hackathon event days to its new players, growing culture and current market trends.
11:30 Workshop on disruptive startups entering your market.
Then, learn about the innovative new products startup founders and their teams are building to address big problems, create new business models, build disruptive companies and enter new markets – in areas like artificial intelligence, fintech, blockchain, propertytech, healthtech, social impact, agriculture-tech and many more.
13:30 An included healthy lunch in an entrepreneur community.
Have a healthy lunch with the community, also with huge range of vegetarian and vegan options.
15:00 A masterclass in design and innovation thinking.
Then, you’ll visit one of London’s best new locations for innovation and the design thinking behind products that have changed the world, to revolutionary technologies of the future. Like augmented reality, smart cities and 3D printing, for an innovation and design thinking masterclass.
18:00 Drinks at a private members club.
Finally we’ll visit one of London’s most exclusive private members clubs for creative entrepreneurs in the media, tech and entertainment industries, built by Microsoft co-founder, Paul Allen, for early evening after work drinks.
