We all know this year is different. Usually we would have met personally in the beautiful city of Munich for our 4th edition of the Franco-Bavarian Start-up Night in July. Fortunately, digital solutions helped many of us to continue working on their projects, doing business, meeting peers and exchanging ideas – it even pushed companies and creative minds to develop new products and services.
Taking this opportunity, we are now setting up our event in an online version to meet all of you virtually – and safe.
We, the French Consulate in Munich, Atos, BayFrance and Invest in Bavaria are convinced that – especially in these challenging times – we have to bring together our innovation ecosystems.

Natural resources are fast dwindling and with climate change further exacerbating this process, there is an urgent need to shift from the linear ‘take, make, dispose’ economy to a closed loop system. Digital technology providing a more efficient process can boost the transformation towards a more sustainable circular economy.
This event will give you the opportunity to network with industry leaders, entrepreneurs and academics from various scientific communities. With keynote speeches, start-up pitches and breakout sessions, we will provide insights on circular economy driven by digital innovations.
