Ecosystem Scale Up

While there is a wide range of resources centred on the early and advanced stages of a startup’s life, there is a gap in literature concerning the scale up phase in which a startup grows across the ecosystem and international markets.

In the light of his hands-on experience as an investor and advisor of both startups and VC funds, Lorenzo will tackle the topic of how to scale up a business. First he will explain what the scale up process is and why it is necessary and what are the difficulties, challenges and opportunities. Lorenzo will then proceed to analyse strategies and best practices to consolidate the market, pursue internationalization and raise capital on the global scene, providing an overview of differences among geographic contexts.
